Adam Rifkin’s fine pen drawings will be shown for the first time in a curated show with emerging artists who use comics and cartooning and pop culture references to examine their world.

IN THE CINEMA
THE DARK BACKWARD – Rifkin’s 1991 cult smash, starring Judd Nelson, Bill Paxton, Lara Flynn Boyle and Rob Lowe. Q&A follows the film, featuring director Adam Rifkin, producer Brad Wyman, moderator Cassian Elwes and special guests. Screening Friday April 29th at 8pm.

DIRECTOR’S CUT – Rifkin’s latest film (2016), written by and starring Penn Jillette. Q&A follows the film, featuring director Adam Rifkin and stars Missi Pyle and Harry Hamlin, moderator Logan Crowe. Screening Saturday April 30th at 8pm
